About Local Outreach Event Team
Once a month we help serve our community in big ways! We are always looking for volunteers to help us share encouragement to teacher and connect with families, people and organizations in our communities. Some examples are a school carnival, delivering Sonic drinks, Christmas Joy (outreach event giving gifts to our community), Trunk or Treat, Easter Egg Hunt and our God Pantry Thanksgiving Distribution. We also partner with non-profit organizations here in Lexington and will use this group to meet their needs as well. Most of these events are not at our Southland Campus.
Like most ministries here, to serve in this group you will need to complete Southland's background check. When you join the group, the leader will send a link for you to fill this out if you do not have a current application on file.
